November 2024: Due to excessive cancellations recently, if you do not cancel within 12 HOURS, you will still owe Paw-Some Pets services the FULL amount for the service you made an appointment for. This issue has happened too often and while we absolutely LOVE and ADORE your fur babies more than you know, this is our lively hood and how we do have an income just like everyone else with a job! We also block off time to get to your home, care for your pet and then time to get to the next, so almost an hour of our time is booked and we turn away other clients to be able to care for yours! Please remember this when booking. If the payment is not made after canceling, we will not be able to do another service until that one is paid in full. When our service is complete, payment is due IMMEDIATELY, or a late fee of $25 will need to be paid before any other services are able to be booked. If there are unforeseen circumstances for canceling, please discuss with Courtnee or Candy. Cash payment will now be HIGHLY preferred as well going forward! Checks can no longer be made out to Paw-some Pet's Services. They would have to be made out to cash if using a check. Also, to clear up any confusion, we use an app called Square to set your appointments! You will always receive a confirmation message that is automatic, it is NOT us sending it. We are able to communicate on the phone number it texts you from, but texting or calling us at our main phone numbers is highly recommended and easier for us,so we can see your message as soon as possible. Please do NOT use the square phone number to Venmo or Zelle as we have no access to that phone number.
